Miriam Tsang, a British national with Malaysian permanent residency, is a seasoned real estate and construction professional with over 20 years of combined international experience in both technical and sales roles across Hong Kong, the UK, and Malaysia. A fun fact about her career – she once led the cost management for Heathrow Airport Terminal 2, covering the terminal building, baggage tunnel, and passenger tunnel.
Miriam began her career as an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong before moving into senior and managerial positions with Turner & Townsend UK, Sunway Group, and Sime Darby Brunsfield, where she built extensive expertise in cost management, property development, and project delivery. Based in Malaysia for the past 13 years, she has also served as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator, specialising in high-end residential and commercial transactions.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics and Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, combining her technical expertise, development insight, and market knowledge to deliver value and trusted guidance to clients.
